The anima power Terror-Laden Slumbersand was not working as intended. The enemies affected by Blind or Sap would get broken out of CC by the transferred damage.

Can verify. Every single CC breaks as others are pulled. Torgtrash hates rogues.

Can confirm that Sap is broken on damage, but blind works as intended.
Also confirming this bug, my sap now breaks as soon as I attack another target, meaning that not only is the power not helpful, it’s actively a detriment and extremely frustrating.
today after the reset from 7:00 to 8:00 this is still happening.
Blinded targets are remaining blinded, but sapped ones are not. Effectively, after picking up this power the rogue can’t sap anything reliably.
Can confirm it was happening to me earlier this evening. With Terror-Laden Slumbersand chosen, Sap was broken by the transferred damage. Blind worked as expected.
This is still happening. I got this power today and it made the run nearly unplayable because I could no longer sap any target without it immediately breaking when I did damage to another target.
Edit: As others have stated, blind works as described by the power.
