Can we do something about the Torghast burden for alts? Or am I the only one that feels this way? Running both floors on multiple characters each week to craft viable legendaries feels like homework.
An idea might be to make soul ash account wide
They’ve already done something about it, made most legendaries useless.

They could also reduce the cost to craft legendaries.
