So I did layer 9 upper reaches or whatever isn’t Skoldus Hall with a group.
No “gems” lit up at the end. My score was 160, but I received 0 tower knowledge from it.
My assumption is a bug, because the rest of the group got theirs, and I had not done it this week.
Yep, I have had the same happen with both my UR and SH layer 9 runs. I’ve completed the Box of many things quest to open it up… Got 174 and 160 points, zero knowledge.
Same issue here with my warlock, except it worked fine in my first wing, second one same issue, was given a score but the diamonds didn’t fill up, and I was not given any tower knowledge. I reran both wings with the same issue, so I’m sitting at 80/180 tower knowledge for the week. My mage is not having this issue and I was able to cap for the week in 3 runs.
You can run more than once a week then? Or is there no point other than the knowledge? Because getting help doing it for no cinders will be a challenge lol.
When I reran a wing on my mage I got ~180 soul ash, and some more knowledge.
I also had this problem i finished both sides with 5 people 3 of us got the achive and towerknowledge and 2 of us didnt… after opening a ticket the response was basically run it again… betalands at its finest
So are you supposed to have earned points on every floor? I died a lot on this last run I was soloing. Worst Torghast run I have ever had. I died 11 times 
. But I finished the run and because of my deaths received 0 points, and no knowledge. Are u supposed to receive knowledge as long as you finished or do u have to have a score higher than 0 zero
