If you stun an enemy, the slowing effect of crippling poison will no longer be effective. So you can’t use Kidney Shot to apply bleeds and then kite for the damage to be applied.
What I am essentially trying to do is:
1: Poisoned Knife (Cripping + Deadly Poison) to build 5 combo points
2: Kidney shot
3: Mutilate, Mutilate, Garrote
4: Apply Rupture
5: Exit melee range
6: Repeat
After using Kidney shot, the effects of Crippling poison are no longer effective even after a re-application.
