In Torghast.
Kill mob he drops Anima glob.
I die before clicking it.
My soulbind ability that allows me to fight after I die procs (Smith Hiemar) so i am still fighting.
Before I am about to full die I click the glob.
It instantly kills me and when I go back the glob is still there but I cant interact with it.
Had this happen to me yesterday but I didn’t die servers just nearly dc’d me and when it came back I wasn’t able to pick up the Anima.
