Last patch i was able to do the max layer ( 12 i think ) Flawless no problem 100% of the time.
Now this current patch im only doing 4 star at layer 16 getting around 180 points each run ( need 200 ) for the 5 star. I have 279 gear score which is near max , not dying , killing everything and collecting everything going as fast as i can ( hunting down urns is a pain ) . Tried about 5 times now and about to give up on Torgast. I get it should not be a cake walk but i don’t see what i’m doing wrong here.
I don’t find it hard to clear just impossible to get that 200 Score now when last patch it came effortlessly. Anybody else have this problem? I feel it’s way over tuned now for a flawless run ( at layer 16 )
I’d probably check out the list of bonus objectives and make sure you’re doing as many as you can. That said, my feedback is limited since I’ve never even attempted 14.

Doing what i can to get the bonus objectives , but i don’t want to stress my self out too much keeping a mental check list of all the extra stuff besides killing collecting and not dying. I think i will hold off for now , my only hope is since the tower recommends 285 gear score ( which is impossible i say , maybe mythic raiders can get up to 281 maybe. ) that we can go back in season 4 when we are all above 300 gear score and still get the mounts and achievements.
I just finished all the flawless 16s as a 265 ilvl warlock. If I had to guess, I’d wager you’re missing some of the bigger/easier bonus objectives. I found that most of the time missing out on those bricked my run. Specifically try to not get hit by a single trap, and ideally look for/stack powers that let you kill the boss sub 30 seconds. Those were the only two I really tried to get and I’d say I probably had an overall success rate of around 65-70%. Bear in mind that some of the map types are much harder though and you have to play much cleaner/faster…I one shot around half of them while the other half took 3-5 tries.
One final tip I can give is that you should really try to abuse empowered. Maximizing the amount of things you do while empowered can give you a huge boost in points.

Honorable mention if you can swing it is the no epic powers bonus, but it often makes the run harder with marginal return.

I got flawless 16’s in every wing solo. Maybe 4 weeks ago so still within this patch.
I don’t pay attention to bonuses. Just try to clear stuff, don’t get hit by traps, don’t die, and kill stuff fast.
If you finish floor 2 with the empower buff active it stays throughout all of floor 3 (the bonus floor) and continues to drain once you get to floor 4.
