I finished flipping all the levers but I cannot see the torch on the wall at all. I went back and tried to reflip the levers but they’re not interactive now. I’ve logged out, restarted the game entirely and nothing has worked thus far.
Update: I deleted all the items in my bags related to the Secrets of Azeroth event and was able to get the Torch of Pyrreth quest again but upon arrival to Waking Shores, the levers are still not interactive and the torch is NOT on the wall.
I am in same boat but I know why, I forgot to activate the toy before pulling the levers. I can’t find the quest in my log and restarting the game didn’t help. I guess submitting a ticket is only solution unless someone here has an idea.
Ok here is what I did, I deleted just the item from todays secret hunt, then /reload and the quest appeared, got quest, turned on toy, Went to lever 1, it was not up, I went to room that is supposed to have torch, it was not up either, I reset the toy, (remove and activate again) and went to lever 1, it was not usable, went to lever 2 and WAS clickable, on a hunch I went straight to torch and it was there.
Not sure why it happened in that order but I think toy has to be on and just reset it if the levers are not clickable till u find one that is.

Edit: Okay, I tried Tricks’ method and it worked. The lever I was able to click was also lever 2 oddly.
Unfortunately this trick did not work for me. I’ve had to submit a ticket as nothing I can think of has worked and I’d rather not start over on another character just to get through this part.
make sure you are going into the circular area. I just spent like 20 minutes thinking I was bugged but I didn’t step inside the flame to see the torch against the wall. Lol…
The trick didn’t work for me either. I’ve had to open a ticket too, did yours get resolved?
I am just now doing the secrets quests and have run into the same issue as above. I have tried everything but still the torch does not appear. I have submitted a bug report. Has anyone had any resolution?
It did, ultimately it showed up when I went back later. Not sure what was different but there it was on the wall.
