My dad was a baker for a huge industrial bakery in Brooklyn that has since closed down. He used to bring home chocolate mouse pie every payday.
Not counting the diabetes and IBS I later developed in life, those pies always remind me of how loving my father was to me. So it’ll always be my fave.
Though I haven’t had it in years. Taking care of my health and all.

Cheesecake is gross
Cream cheese is the worst. Why not just eat a tub of mayonaise. Or freebase butter. There are about equally rich
