Fair enough, I was on hiatus when this happened.
That said, that only really changes my math slightly, it increases the value of parry (since plate can’t get more dodge). Of course, I’m only referring to AoE tanking because no amount of parry can be relied on with a single attacker.
Without this knowledge, I would thought crit and therefore parry lost value, when in fact it does not.
It also means that when I was running mastery corruptions at the end of BFA, my 95% block chance during perma wings was even more broken than I imagined.
