What’s at the top of your list when Heirlooms become available?
???
I guess shoulders since those seem to drop the least for me.
None, because I take the training wheels off at 90.
I have no idea what this means.
how about they buff the actual rewards? this game sucks.
How about they add a full heirloom set already?
I think it means he doesn’t upgrade heirlooms past 90.
At least that is my take because that is what I do. Leveling beyond 90 is so quick and easy as is there really isn’t much justification to shelling out the gold to upgrade further.
Physical DPS (Melee/Ranged)? Weapon.
Magical DPS (Caster)? Touch of the Void.
Probably helm, to see what the ilevel looks like at 111 so I can decide if I should spend the 125k on a full set for all armor types or not.
I only plan to buy the ones that give +XP though, weapons are a waste of gold since you can craft 225s at 111 for dirt cheap.
You don’t have to use gold though to upgrade.
Dread pirate ring, and a cloak probably. They can be used by any class so I can get some xp bonus relatively cheaply
How about the trinkets?
Buy em all.
i want new undergarments that are helrlooms haha
What’s the total cost for that?
Gold is by far the easiest resource to accumulate imo, so that’s what I’ll be using.
Hmm… I guess… leg armor? Since it gives +xp and doesn’t take an azerite slot, that would be the first most sensible investment. Unless, they are going to buff the heirloom armor in azerite slots? I dunno I didn’t read whether they were doing that or not.
I like the new trinkets (Warscroll, Hymnal, War Horn) and the Inherited Mark of Tyranny for pvp though, so maybe i’d get those too first.
500 Shoulders
500 Chest
750 2h axe
700 neck
1400 2 trinkets
That’d be the base items available, and they’d just be good til lvl 60. Another 6,200 to get em all to lv 90, 15,000 again to 100.
Other items depend on Draenor garrison/naval quests, guild vendor, and other sources.
Thanks but I was talking about the total cost for upgrading from 110 to 120 if you bought them all.
Ahh. Well, people had a hissy fit when the new heirloom upgrades items were reportedly going to cost 20-25k each. But in a later test-realm update, it was lowered to 7,500 for weapons and 5,000 for armor/trinkets.
Go for weapon and trinkets first, if cost is an issue, I’d say.
