This is for level 15 and up keys.
How many people on GD do you actually think are running that high of keys? Lol

Less than 5% of Mythic+ runners are pushing 15s consistently. A better graph would be the 10s and up

It’s about the same.

I think the biggest issue is because it’s cross realm.

There is am almost unlimited supply of DPS due to cross realm.

Why invite a less optimal class when you can wait 5 minutes and have the exact classes you want?

No… the 15 and up is what matters for a few reasons.

  1. The group comps in the 15’s trickle down. Push groups in 10 and up will conform to the meta.

  2. 10’s are not an accurate depiction because all specs are raid viable and people who dont even enjoy running m+ will run a 10-14 for completion to get their max reward from their weekly cache.

Try playing a dps toon thats not in the meta. Be prepared to get declined repeatedly. If you got the gear and the IO you can get an invite as a tank or a healer even if ur not in the meta. As a dps…lol…nope.

Here is the philosophy on push groups for filling the dps

slot1 - i need a rogue for skips.
slot2 - I need a demon hunter cuz theyre OP utility and dps right now.
slot3 - I need a bloodlust toon (mage, hunter, ele shaman)

Reaping may slightly change the meta…but i dont see rogues/dh’s ever losing their spot

I cant believe class imbalance is this high and theyre wanting people to watch M+ e sports

There’s always gonna be a tight meta for keys over 15. There’s no amount of balancing that can fix it without making all the classes feel exactly the same. Which is already something people complain about.
