Top burst damage specs right now for pvp?

What are say the top 4 or 5 specs for stupid burst? Something about big burst is more exciting than sustained, or rot to me.

Couple specs that stand out for me in my limited experiences…

WW
Destro

What else?

Ele’s burst is that good? Enhance feels more bursty on my undergeared Sham lol.

I mean ret paladin hits pretty hard.

Requires an ungodly amount of set up though.

I was going to say requires a full 8 seconds of pounding on someone to hit for 120-130k, and is the easiest thing to counter than anything else.

My lasso has ticked for ~90k, I’ve hit over 100k lightning bolts and 250k earth shocks

It’s just inconsistent and reliant on procs/crits, with badge and skyfury being the only thing you can control

Every single spec in this game can do insane burst with the right stats and essences… but I’ll rank mastery stacking dh with blood of the enemy at the top… they put a couple debuffs on you and hit you with 200k annihilation back to back in a 1 second window…

ret has some of the highest burst in the game just dont do much outside of cds . same for ww but they are far more dangerous outside of ToD. Destro and Fire both do insane dmg with CDs but can kill you super fast even outside of them.

Feral is the opposite of burst huh? It feels like once bleeds ramp up it’s consistent, but not particularly good on burst. I did hear that Ferocious Bite can do 100k+ consistently when geared great?

I mean Ret really will wipe you from the face of the earth if you let them connect with wings, but… there’s just so many ways to get away from them that it’s kinda laughable.

I also feel like a lot of people don’t respect Ret wings. I’ll AMZ them if they open with big wings on my healer or me, and I don’t mind trading AMS with them either since it saves my skin against a lot of their damage. Ret’s dangerous when you get within range of their leash, so it’s worth while to trade if it’s going to let you make room after.

Idk. High burst but, like you said, it’s the Austin powers steam roller.
