I checked WoW Realm Population, but it doesn’t seem very accurate to me. Does anyone else have a different source they check for server info? I’m looking to find out what the top Horde and Alliance servers are. Or even better, what’s the most populated server for each time zone (East, Central, Pacific) for each faction? I’m not a hard-core raider, so time zone isn’t a huge factor, however, I would like to be able to find a group if need be for certain quests that require a group.

timezones i dont know and i dont want to check, but if the list says stormrage, proudmoore, moonguard and sargeras as alliance populated then it’s right
horde is hands down area52, illidan, zuljin, malganis, tichondrius
can always check raiderio or whatever and go to whatever realm has the most CE guilds. that’s probably a decent indicator of server health
alliance virtually doesn’t exist outside of those realms though
this isn’t a major factor anymore since they added sharding. you’ll almost never be alone unless on a rp realm, and lfg is for all servers. that said, you’ll find more group as horde than alliance at any given time
