Toon movement stopping cast (SOLVED)

hi all
so as of late my warlock toon keeps sidestepping or doing some little movement to stop my cast. it could be in battle, using an item, calling a mount whatever… it is a real pain. has anyone seen such issues?

I would start by checking key bindings for left, right, and strafe.

i tried the bindings with no luck. even if I take my hands off the controls my toon still twitches ever 20 sec or so

Make sure you don’t have a trackpad or other input device sitting under a stack of papers? (Seriously, I actually spent some time troubleshooting a mouse problem for my Mom before discovering an unused trackpad buried on her desk creating havoc.)

Also on that track, try a different keyboard/mouse. You might have a sticky key problem.

solved! i was unknowingly running a macro for another game via my keyboard. it was pressing Q every 30 sec making my toon strafe a tad during gameplay, lol I was going nuts
