Whats the point in trying to solo que for bgs? Just about every bg is a premade and it makes solo players that enjoy pvp not even want to play the game. You can pvp for hours and get zero conquest because every match its a premade. Its worthless. How about crack down on premades and if people wanna do full premades allow them to do that…premade vs premade. Maybe its just me but it gets old wanting to pvp and you join a full premade just to get gy camped…

Queue up Blitz!
Blizzard should add an option for players to only show their MMR and hide CR, thus people can enjoy Blitz games without the pressure, just play like it’s a random match and have fun.

Just logged in and leveled up for the yearly one month wow kick.
I’ve never come to the BG forums before but I had to look after my experience the last 24 hours. Played probably 10 epic BGs so far and every single one of them has clearly been a premade on one side or the other. The heck is going on here? Have literally never noticed this before to this degree - and that’s consistently logging in to do rando BGs here and there for the last 20 years lol.

I guess I’m not seeing premades or they suck too much to really be noticeable. Also, funny that there is so much more defeatist attitude and quitting on alliance side than horde.

Believe me horde has their quitters too unfortunately people just want an easy win.
It’s going to depend on which faction you’re queueing as and what day and time.
Some people can only play during the same time as all the premades are playing and are on the opposite faction as them so of course they’d have a miserable experience.
It’s not the same.
Also, it’s probably not an issue of too many premades but an issue of low player count, think you just run into these premades more often bc there are fewer players overall.
Some of these premades are fishy though, a few days ago I came home at like 4 am, wasn’t sleepy and decided to q and they were still there farming with honor pots, farming at 4 - 5am? Odd.

Randoms aren’t worth doing unless you’re in a five-man premade.
And even then, for what? You get nothing for it.
Save yourself the headache and play Blitz. You don’t have to care about the rating.
You and a lot of other people. This whole situation has like a trickle down effect on blitz. Players are using blitz to dodge premades but they come into blitz with the random bg mind set and it lowers the floor for team quality.
It’s like really bad now where just about every game is a premade that stacks fotm specs.
I imagine they will address it soon especially with the theme of midnight so far is to make the game less daunting to new players.

People keep saying play blitz but last week I sat in Blitz queue’s for over an hour on two separate nights during prime time as a healer. It made me queue shuffle which I have had disdain for in the past.
What is their primary reason for even doing premades. I always assumed it was for bloodstones that they would then sell. Which I’ve seen premades deny that as their motive. Price is also crashing.
So is their motive just to bully randoms or do they have some other motive.

i gave this same advice a few expansions ago when conquest gear was attained only through rated play and casual players in honor gear wanted to avoid the conquest gear crowd:

Yup, just ole fashioned bullying. I’d bet that a good majority of que syncers use to twink back in the day when that was a thing. They just like to dominate casuals without being contested.
They will claim it’s to “play with friends” and they prefer “a coordinated team”. But those are just BS excuses. You can play with friends in a 5 man group just as well, and if you have more than that just que up rated games. Which is also what they would do if coordinated team play was the real goal.

I don’t think it’s the bloodstones because those are a new currency. It’s pretty much just increasing win rate. So you’re either the stomper or the stompee.

They do it because they can’t win any other way, it’s that simple.
People saying that Blitz is a better alternative, and I agree that the quality of games are usually better, it also has its share of problems. Besides the long queues, and the 17 ready checks, there is a lot of shady stuff.
I was closing in on 1950 cr on my DH, and then one night 3 out of the 4 games I played we only had 7 people, each time it was a healer that was missing. I feel like that’s more than just bad luck. Perhaps a player queueing into themselves and then disconnecting (on purpose) while in the loading screen. Basically win trading themselves, except I don’t think that they lose any rating if they don’t zone in.
Their also seems to be a lot of people bottling/scripting. Priests that will auto fade/death every cc, but seem to have no awareness about anything else that is happening. Also pres evokers lag skipping all over the map, becoming unattackable.
It’s a bummer that battlegrounds seem so tainted, and it’s a lot easier to get away with these shenanigans than in arenas where people are observed more closely, though from what I understand even the most blatant cheaters are rarely punished.
