Too many layers?

i feel very demotivated right now playing, with all these layers world pvp will feel bland and empty.

right now im questing in westfall sometime i see many people and sometime its a ghost town…

i dont feel like layer hopping just to look for someone to fight in contested zones…

am i missing something here?

I think there are too many layers on Doomhowl, too. It’s been empty since launch, whatever layer I keep winding up on.

I understand people wanting to be able to tag mobs, but this is ridiculous. It’s like we’re on a low-pop server.
