Tomes of Trust Quest

NPCs are bugged. I have both tomes, but the NPCs “Lorena Belle” and “Samia Inkling” are not interactive. Can’t speak to them; can’t hand in tomes.

exact same issue. both tomes can’t interact with either NPC. Tried zoning out/back in. Nope. Tried exit game. Nope. Tried /console reloadui. Nope. It’s just bugged out. Please fix this blizzard.

I also tried abandoning the quest but that really messed it up. The quest is no longer available, and I still can’t interact with the two npcs at the obsidian throne.

Still seeing this as a bug. Can visibly see the NPCs, but cannot interact with them.

I found that you can turn them into the Assistant Quartermasters located near Wrathion and Sabellian’s locations around the fortress!

I’ve noticed I have more of these types of issues while in a party vs playing solo. Especially if 2 or more party members are on the same quest.
