Tome of Town Portal Not On Hearthstone CD

It seems that with 11.0 pre-patch that the Tome of Town Portal Toy is detached from the Hearthstone’s Cooldown. I’ve observed the following:

  1. Tome of Town Portal is on a 30 min CD.
  2. Using your hearthstone (or another hearthstone toy) does not cause Tome of Town Portal to be on CD allowing you to use it after hearthing (this is on Non-Human races).
  3. Using the Tome of Town Portal while your Hearthstone is off CD will cause your Hearthstone to have a 30 min CD despite any CD reductions (like guild perk for 15 min CD).

I’m also experiencing this during the early access launch period.

This has been a thing since the beginning of August. I noticed several hearthstone toys not benefitting from the Hasty Hearth guild perk and not linked to other Hearthstone CDs. Scroll of Town Portal, Enlightened Hearthstone, and Stone of the Hearth (afaik) are unlinked and do not benefit, resulting in their own group with 30min CD. Right now effectively, players have at least two Hearthstones depending on their toybox.

This still a problem. You get punished for using the hearthstone. Makes it a cursed toy. It also removes the extra charge you get as a human. Personally feels really bad that this was a gift reward and it does this.
