I have researched this for many hours. I completed the achievements (glorious - Epic campaign), Completed the hunter Legion class hall quest line (I have the mount), jumped through all of the hoops but still can not purchase Tome of the Hybrid Beast from Pan the Kind Hand. In an attempt to see it if would make a difference I have changed specs, leveled the bow Thas’dorah to 246 and it still changes nothing. This should not be this difficult. Feathermanes are the only family I can not tame. You should not have to run scripts to see if you know how to tame a certain beast, this should be part of the hunter UI, possibly a new tab on the spell book. Maybe create questlines in order to tame the different beast families? That would be a great fix! Please for all that is good, revamp how to get this book. Thanks!

Same here, in Jan. 2025. There’s no quests left, and I can’t buy it. How am I going to tame any feathermanes?
