I got this Item awhile back but every time I tried to use it, it failed and said “wrong faction”.
Today I went to try again and now it’s missing from my spellbook.
I returned to the NPC where I first got it (thinking the bug was fixed and I had to get it again) but nothing.
Still having this issue on both Horde & Alliance characters…
Mine is still missing after learning the ability. In fact, it turned into a BEE and I didn’t have that before. Contacted a GM and they were utterly useless. Small indie company.

Just checking back in - it’s been about a month and I’m still having this issue.
Still having an issue. 
It’s been almost two more months since my last post, and I’m still experiencing the same issue with no resolution.
Three months ago, I submitted a ticket, and the support team directed me to post here instead. However, since then, there hasn’t been any acknowledgment or follow-up.
What should I do next to get this issue addressed?

Keeping this chat alive. Continued issue with those that already completed the quest and cannot learn this spell anymore…
Still not fixed. Going to submit another ticket in hopes there’s an update.
Unfortunately there isn’t anything that Support can do. Devs are already aware of the issue and have a support article.
Well, it’s been about 10 months now.
