My main character have completed all the quest untangling the sigil and did not receive a tome of origin. Furthermore i am also unable to buy it from the vendor.
Is there a solution to this issue i am facing?

Have the same issue. Why they don’t just remove reputation requirement and let us purchase it for just stygia? Why should some receive it for free others suffer? This is something needs that needs to be hotfixed. Average ticket wait time is 2 Day 7 Hr
Do you all have the relevant profession maxed out? I read other reports that it will show once that’s the case.
