I killed Kil’Jaeden but got teleported outside the dungeon before I could loot. When I talk to the girl and teleport back to the breach, I take the portal to the end boss but can’t run up to him. It gets to a black screen, like a cut scene, and then I immediately die. I did submit an in-game ticket as well. Luckily none of the transmog stuff I was going for is from him anyway 
EDIT: Nevermind, I’m just an idiot noob who didin’t realize you have to click the skull after being transported out LOL woowwww
