Toggle skill pane with macro command?

I can put this in a macro and it will open the spellbook:

/run ToggleSpellbook("spell")

Can’t seem to find anything similar for the talent tree…does this not exist?

Wow…I was trying all this on a level 4…didn’t even consider it might be due to level.

Thank you by the way.

On that note, it seems a little strange that one can’t even open the talent frame until they have a point to spend.
