The quest “Together Again” in Thousand Needles does not work with party sync turned on if you’ve completed the quest without party sync on. I’ve tried abandoning and repicking up the quest multiple times but I couldn’t get the npc to show up to turn the quest in to progress through the rest of the quest chain. I couldn’t find any solutions for help on any forms or wowhead because this issue seems to be tied with party sync and all the bug reports prior to 8.2.5 don’t help in any way.
