Nobody is doing ToC normal now that lockouts are merged
ToGC is not giving kill credit for ToC

Needs to be fixed

Just came here to post this. Clearing a dungeon on heroic always gives the achievement for normal as well. This has got to be either a glitch or oversight.

Likely an oversight, since originally you HAD to do normal prior to doing heroic. Just an unexpected consequence of allowing people to skip to heroic.

May not be fixed before next NA/EU reset but is on the radar.
