Toddy is overly excited and slightly annoying, but I have a topper for most annoying character in DF. One that nobody has mentioned

That is going to drive me up the wall for the next few years. Worse than “A turtle has made it to the water”
They really need other lines for Poa, that don’t wreak of overacting. Jmo.

I warmed up to her after a while, but the speech impediment is a bit difficult to listen to.

The thing that really bothered me was her smirk in the cinematic trailers. It’s like the animator forgot what facial expressions are supposed to look like.

Mostly the voice is just obnoxious.

First meet her in prepatch and it’s something like “I spotted some adventurers when we were flying over the city. Round 'em up!”

Round up who? (if you read the quest giver dialog it doesn’t even say, it only says in the quest objectives) Why would I take orders from you? Oh right because it’s a main story quest that I have to do.

go to turn in the quest and Khadgar teleports in, “WE’RE UNDER ATTACK!”

bruh

there’s more of course for the first 15 minutes or so of Dragonflight and then thankfully we don’t hear much more of her

until the !@#$ing world quests

The cinematic dwarf has long auburn hair, green eyes, is tanned, has freckles, and completely different tattoos.

Toddy has blue eyes, black hair in a mohawk, is pale, no freckles, and no cheek tattoos.

Honestly, the new characters introduced this expansion have been so forgettable that I am not even sure how you are capable of hating one of them.

Well yes, she is a dwarf, but that’s unavoidable. I hear it’s genetic.

I’d hardly call her a new character though, just a quest giver with a voice line or two.
