Yep. Wasn’t smart
I didn’t direct that at you… I was basically agreeing with you… that people still get sick even after a vaccine… as its not a cure
Dude that’s what I was thinking all day. I was like holy s*** you gotta be a moron to not get vaccinated this is horrible
Strictly speaking the disease progression is
Infection —> Period of time —> Apparent illness or diagnosis
You didn’t get it today.
COVID can be killed in the same way we killed Smallpox and Polio.
Everyone who can be vaccinated needs to be vaccinated, and for at least a little while after everyone is vaccinated, masks and social distancing needs to be practised.
If we do that? Then COVID will die, it will not have anyone to spread to, and we won’t see future outbreaks or variants of it.
The problem is you’ve got folks who genuinely think their freedoms are being impacted by these health mandates and they’re deliberately creating environments where COVID can not only spread but also mutate into deadlier strains like Delta and Lambda (which is even deadlier and more contagious than Delta). As long as this continues to happen, COVID will continue to be a thing. It really is a shame that selfish individuals are now effectively holding the world hostage while innocent people die from this virus and its variants.
Thanks dude I hope too
I also had covid, thing is that I had bit cough and fever for 1-2 days and that was it… No hospital nothing, HOWEVER. The smell and taste … 4 months none. I lived like robot not being able to eat food with taste or smell anything… I took vaccines easily too, only had high fever one day , no pain or nothing. I don’t know about delta yet, I haven’t faced it.
Actually not getting vaccinated isn’t a smart or dumb move… its a choice. Some people have higher immunities, some have crap ones.
No just symptoms and tested today
I hope you get better. I cought the regular version a few months back, Luckly My simptoms werent near some other family members got.
Wish you yhe better.
And the choices you make for yourself can and will affect others around you.
Probably wasn’t the best drink of choice LOL
Those all still exist btw.
I got it in Jan of 2020 when no one knew a damn thing about it.
Just figured I had bronchitis and suffered a week before seeing a doctor.
That was a rough week. Lungs felt like they were made of stone, had trouble breathing, and had a terrible cough that sounded like nothing I have ever dealt with before.
Worst part was, since we didn’t know about COVID then, my elderly parents came over to drop off soup, and both of them got it. I could have killed them.
Getting it now sounds much milder since they know what to do now, but I still wouldn’t wish it on anyone. Not fun.
TB still around in a fair percentage of people there bubs.
As bad as you got it while vaccinated, you’d probably have died without it. Good choice.
Laughs in unvaccinated
Yea that’s what the nurse told me earlier. She said because I got a dose in me shouldn’t be sick for more than a couple days with mild symptoms. She told that this variant is just super contagious
You are part of the problem.
Hehehe, perhaps not.
What part of Canada are you from if I may ask or is that just a random guild name?
