Today I came across a [Freezing Band] ring, so does anyone know, Freezing effect still works in PVP in oudrooes or BGs?

The new one from time walking doesn’t have it’s old proc effect, so no. The old one you can no longer obtain, and it’s effect will only proc at the appropriate levels

Today I saw a lot of epic oroginal rings at auction house, 27 - 330 ilvl.

Oh, I guess I should’ve clarified. You can no longer obtain the original Freezing Band (from drops) but old ones are still around and can be bought on the AH.

I know for the anniversary event you can get a Freezing Band, but it’s a very nerfed version of it (doesn’t have the proc) and is BoP.
