Thought it was an April Fool’s joke until i’d seen it was also reported bugged 9 days ago as well.
Anyway, it’s bugged today. Daily Quest cannot be completed because Toadius cannot be attacked due to evasion and not resetting

Realm Aerie Peak 4.3.2022 Toadious still bugged. other sever it’s without problem finished quest.

Bugged on Agrammar. Switched to WM on and he was ok… Wowhead also has a suggestion of joining and Antros group - and hope the shard doesn’t have him glitched, getting him down to the last attack or two. Drop raid. Then kill him.
Also, I tried throwing ring of piece in several places near him. No dice.
