To track buffs on the Personal Resource Display

BetterBlizzPlates lets you to track any buff you want attached to your PRD.

Once you open the settings, select No Profile to keep your nameplates as they are. After that go to Nameplate Auras (categories on the left) and enable it. Type any buff you want to track in the Whitelist and thats it! Finally, go to Misc and set the PRD width to 125 (to bring it back to its original length).

Been using it since DF and its great at tweaking the base ui to your liking, without making it unrecognizable (although you could also do that if you want)

Hope this helps!

Thanks for the info, I’ll have to check it out if I keep playing this broken game. Hopefully in today’s maintenance they can revert some incredibly bad changes.

It really is odd that they disabled it completely  even without using the CD manager

thanks a lot for this solution, just installing the addon and enable the nameplate auras fixed the issue. I used this in order to track iron fur stacks, colosal Might stacks, and Death Strike healing on my tanks so i was really annoyed to see them gone.

Funny that they added a thing that was supposed to take over some addon functionality… and now I need an addon because of it.

Yep, when I returned for Dragonflight, it was the first time in a long time that I didn’t need an addon for nameplates. Guess w’ere back to needing an addon again.

the addition that was supposed to maybe remove the need for an addon but didnt… instead added the need for an additional addon.

that’s just crazy.

silly blizzard

I tried BetterBlizzPlates, but it’s WAY WAY overcomplicated for what I need. Hopefully someone will make something only for the personal resource display soon.
