So far I have been lucky and able to quick mount my dragon before the debuff kicked me. If not on a ledge, I quick hit stealth so I don’t get thrown into combat (rogue).

Ice ones I can quickly use grapple to get myself out of the ice before it procs and stuns me.

I have not seen enough of other ones to figure out counters yet. I am sure I will have to though.

Good news is there is a specialization tree that can help with the debuffs.
