In Ashenvale, as horde, one of the first quest you will receive is called “To the Rescue!” which is a pretty simple quest where you ask the quest giver and he will take you on a ride on his War Kodo, unfortunately when the Kodo dies the player becomes PERMANENTLY stuck to riding it, no emote, no spell, no ability and no other players can get you unstuck, the only thing that works is longing out and longing back in, but then there’s the problem of the quest not counting and thus forcing to do it over again which, in turn, just gets you stuck again.
this bug may have been reported before and if so I apologize in advance.
I’m also experiencing this issue. However for me, when i log back in, I’m in the graveyard because apparently I died. So that’s annoying.
Also stuck on this quest on my new Nightborne and have been for about a week. I have an ongoing ticket with Blizz right now to see if they can find a solution. Will update if I find a solution.

Same problem, stuck in kodo…
Got a ticket response. Unfortunately they don’t seem to have an answer to this, and it’s a semi-rare thing that happens that they can’t seem to fix. So for the time being the answer is try everything on Wowhead, and if none of that works, quest somewhere else.
The only thing I’ve seen that can sometimes work is if you have a party member on the same quest and they leave with the Kodo, sometimes the questgiver will give you a second dialogue option to take a flight there instead. But it doesn’t always show up. This is probably the most bugged quest in the game and it looks like it may never be fixed.
When you accept the quest from kadrak speak to him so he will make you travel on his mount, then the quest will work for sure!
