I don’t think FFXIV is “easier” than WoW the way WoW was reportedly easier than everquest. However it is more accessible in a lot of ways. Also I think FFXIV fits in an adult person with job lifestyle more than WoW does because it respects your time more with systems like automated group finder for all content, fast travel nodes, and very low RNG gearing system.
