For the Claws of Ursoc Legion weapon questline you turn in To The Hills to Lea Stonepaw and then Ursol is supposed to spawn into the Grizzlemaw cave and offer The First Trial of Ursol quest. However, he does not always spawn. Forcing you to log out and log back in for him to appear.
