WHO WE ARE:
We are a 6/9 mythic guild recruiting for a heroic team. We started with 5 friends at the beginning of this season and have quickly grown into a full fledged mythic raiding guild since then. Our general approach is to be non-elitist while pushing as far as we can.
WHEN WE RAID
This new heroic only team is a one night a week team raiding on Thursdays from 7-10pm central time.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a mix of players who are ranging from those looking to step into heroic and progress through the raid into aotc, players who have aotc experience and are looking to possibly step into mythic, and everything in between. Most roles are available except for tanks( a flex tank will still be helpful if the other tanks are unable to attend).
The standards we hold raiders are to:
- know your class/spec/role
- Have enchants/phials/pots
- understand the basics of the fights
- run through m+ enough to get the appropriate level of gear to progress
- be polite to others
- be open to constructive advice
- able to follow instructions/raid strategies
WHAT WE PROVIDE
We provide a fairly laid back environment with plenty of banter in between pulls. We forbid and shun elitism/toxicity so people can learn their classes and the fights without being harassed. We also provide feasts, a discord, game nights for non WoW gaming, and access to players who are able to go over logs with you and help improve your gameplay. Exceptional heroic raiders who wish to move into mythic will be given the opportunity to do so.
