This mission has a bug, the enemies in that quest show as lvl 61 and 60(elite) is a legion mission, is impossible to complete solo.
I just came here to report this. It makes it impossible to finish the quest line to get the class mount.
I am having the same problem. The whole questline is bugged with the mob scaled at a too high level. Kind of frustrating after spending so much time trying to get my class mount.
