Dear Blizzard team, I am doing missions in Siren Isle, when accepting the mission “to Scan a crystal”, I am unable to click in the earthen prototype that the helpful haulbot has.
Please your support checking and let me know if this is a known issue and how to fix it, I have tryed to abandon mission, then take it again, but it does not work.

Can we get a reply pls? I cant even start questing here with this quest being bugged

I submitted a ticket and I got a response from a game master. He gave me a very vague answer. He said to abandon the quest and reaccept it and to make sure I’m not in storm mode. So I googled storm mode, and it said that you can turn off storm mode by talking to Sally Boltwrench. So I found her and there is no option to turn off storm mode. So after another google search, I found out to access the ability to turn off storm mode. I have to complete the introductory quests, which include “to scan a crystal” Which after completing all the intro quests it unlocks WQ to unlock Sally boltwrench! This is a complete circle jerk!
I am also having this issue as well, tried everything abandoning, relogging, reloading, disabling all addons but still haven’t been able to progress.
I think its fixed now! i was able to complete it on 2 toons.

Have tried on multiple characters, I still cannot click on the Earthen Prototype on any characters.
To note, I have never done the questline before, so I don’t have the option to skip the quests.

You are lucky. You might be the only one. Any tip on what you did?
I just solved this weird bug by going to warmode.
Not sure why that would solve it, but leaving the isle, going into a new shard and going back cleaned it up nicely for me.
People in general are talking about a fix apparently?
If you see “spell not learned”, Abandon quest, and relog and retry. Just worked for me on my bugged alt.
I think it works because you are phased out completely. Not a bad idea! Worth a try for some other problems I have come across.

Esta bugado ainda, tentei de tudo e mais um pouco, 7 horas lendo e fazendo tudo que escreveram, war moden )on-off), entra e sai do jogo, entra em party com quem ja fez de outro servidor, da /reload, desativar mods, completar a quest principal, tudo balela, GM manda cartinha automatizada, reportei ( mas esses eles n respondem).
Incrivel como caiu a qualidade de atendimento ao cliente, quem jogou em 2013 tinha numero de telefone vc falava direto com o suporte, comprei a expansão depois de dois anos, voltei a 3 dias, botei 80 fiz a linha principal e fui pra essa ilha pra tentar pegar o anel (lá ele), mas a linha de quests esta interrompidas por causa do robo maledito… Pior saber que bug este é um bug de conteudo antigo, pq a ilha sirena era do patch passado… e eles n resolvem.
