Ever used a Goblin Glider? Or with Engineering, you can attach a glider to your belt.

I bought the pirate ship mount when it went on sale for half price, I have a macro that yells I’m on a boat when I summon it I would post the lonely island song but even the clean version could get me a forum vacation

Don’t we hv boat mounts already? From BlizzCon. Alliance and Horde. Wooo I want that so badly. The only mount I would pay.

Sure they do… Just use the water walking mount item.
Now, of course they should float without it but…

Get the fishing raft toy. You can boat around on the water and still use your fishing pole.

I’m thinking purely boat mounts. No hovers, no flying, no ground. Just like you have certain mounts that you can only use in the water. I want that but just a boat. Or release that pirate hat that summons a boat so I can use it out of Thousand Needles lol. Loving that boat by the way, just the right size. Feels peaceful to use. If I could take it out of the zone and fish on it, I’d probably not do anything else in this game lol.

I use the raft a lot for fishing, but i don’t like the river boat. There’s no momentum or weight to its movement and so it just feels wrong to me.

I do know what you mean by the weight. But I love just looking at it as I ride around in it. I like the raft as well. I like to paddle to places and just relax and fish. Listen to an audible book while I do so.

Yes, Fishing! That is cool. Like some npcs in Pandaria. Sometimes I love fishing and if I can sit on the boat, it will be awesome. Well… I will not be able to use Draenic water walking potion in the next xapc anyway. : (

I honestly wish this game had the technology for actual ships, imagine sailing into the seas of Azeroth with your guild in a 1000x upgraded island expeditions, pirate RP would never be the same again…
Well, anyways, boats and parachute toy… Cool, I also would like to see basic two people mounts like a wyvern for Horde and gryphon for Alliance.

when they implement this boat, they need to get OP to make all the boat sound effects. he deserves it.

This could be blizzards solution to player housing. Pontoon with decorations like Christmas lights and a flamingo, a small house boat with a couple armor set displays and knick knacks, a standard ship like we travel on with good decorational functionality and a yacht with flight master and everything. When you leave, your boat goes with you.

Would really like a simple boat mount. Make it a toy, idc, just a nice boat. The raft is ok, but those ferry boats on Kul Tiras are just so neat.

I like this idea. I would never do anything but fish. Also throw boat parties, go to war with by boat enemies. Sink boats, make boat mines if I have engineering.
I just use my raft.
