To anyone experiencing black screen/frozen/log-in issues

It seems waiting for 15-30 minutes and then trying to log in may fix this issue. It might just be that servers are getting overloaded with activity and are struggling. After waiting 30-45 minutes and trying to log back in I was able to load my character screen again. So give waiting a bit a try.

If this works for anyone else, please consider posting so here, for others who are currently stuck.

I was able to play yesterday but this morning my realm screen/character screen half loads and most buttons are greyed out and screen is black. Hope this gets fixed soon

I was in game, can’t loot, attack or defend. blizzard fix your game, if you can’t fix it, hire somebody who can.
