Why?
You need an active sub to post, so why do you pay $15 a month for a game you don’t like?
Leave the fun to us, and don’t bring us down.
Edit: Everyone is mentioning constructive criticism. I’m talking about bashing. Like “WoW sux”, “WoW isn’t fun anymore”, “Blizz destroyed the game”, etc. If people said “Raiding isn’t that fun anymore, I think it’s because x and y”, thats constructive criticism. Great! Hopefully the admins see that and improve. However, If you want to bash, stop yourself and remember the saying: “If you don’t have anything good to say, then don’t say anything at all.”

People can like the game and want to see changes, improvements, etc.
We don’t unsub because we do still play and we want to voice our feedback to make it beter.
If people didn’t voice their feedback, we wouldn’t have the positive changes in DF that we do.

some of our friends died. it’s not fun to make new ones when you had ones who did anything with you.
People have the right to have their voice heard. You may think it’s asinine but having your voice heard has had the possibility to change things in the past. You would find others who agree. Some of us have been playing wow a long time and don’t want to just up and quit it like that.

You do. You can sometimes post after the sub expires, but once your browser refreshes, you’re done.
It’s called leaving feedback about ways to make the game better, whether that be in general or pertaining to the type of content you as the player enjoys.

You’re not wrong. There are some who don’t know how to leave constructive feedback. Those are the threads that if you don’t want to see, you can just mute them. Eventually they go away. lol
Some are angry at the world. We can’t change that.

The 30 days thing isn’t actually a thing, though. It’s just a browser cookies thing that will eventually reset. 
I will say I have also noticed the opposite holds true, where people will post constructive, sensible feedback and be quickly met by a few who vehemently downplay and outright dismiss such feedback.
There is quite a spectrum on the forums from what I have observed.
