The whole thing is silly. I can just get on my dragon and crash land on a mailbox or AH in valdrakken faster than summoning this hairy coupe and his two goofball attendants.
That’s assuming one of the people (including me) that have the stupid mount, would move off the mailbox.
Further, I love the fact that these arguments so quickly trend to yak users taking offense that someone clicked on something they spawned in the universe by their own chioice.
Overall, this is a good time for everyone.

Good news! The Grand Yak is a vendor / transmog mount! So keep going to your AH and Mailbox all you want, different purpose. Doubt you got faster than a single keybind however.

I got no more than 10k gold… how you people get gold to afford such things is unimaginable to me… i also pvp (and I’m bad at it but I enjoy the challenge) so there goes all that income stream.

I mean just leveling up to 61 from tanking dungeons back to back and selling occasional junk on AH I made 14k gold. If you try it’s not very difficult.
Everybody seems to make gold so easy! The quests around the zones when they pop up tend to give me a decent amount. I don’t have an army of alts to do them all lol but just the once, I’ll get like 30k a week probably

Yea, but the mount is 2 million gold I heard and I spend the gold i get on enchants

I wonder when Blizzard will do something to destroy the usefulness of the Yak like they did with the water strider. They hate seeing everyone use the same mount so much they made up a whole, basically now abandoned, system just to nerf the strider. Must drive them crazy seeing us all on our Yaks all the time.

Nobody who owns the yak even knows that someone clicked on the vendors.
The complaints originate from people who think people on the yak are purposefully moving away.

Even if you PvP, horde have longer queue. Just kill humanoids for cloth / junk in between queue and do like herbalism in between. That would quad-ripple your income.

You’re absolutely right. That’s why I chuckle a little when this argument comes up.
Some people actually do take the side that “well you can use it, but don’t use it too much as I might move.” It’s a position that’s, well, either obvious or immutable.
one day i farmed nothing but ore and herbs while in queues, about 8 hours worth… sold it all and made 800g.
