Reminder to all healer classes: When opening the Great Vault, please switch to an intellect DPS specialization to avoid getting garbage healing trinkets.
The healer-specific trinkets in this patch are all junk. such as
Corrupted Egg Shell
Siphoning Phylactery Shard
Holy Paladins and Mistweaver Monks probably won’t be able to avoid this.
Blizzard doesn’t seem interested in fixing this issue, so this is all we can do.
Honeslty, I’d rather they delete the entire concept of trinkets from the game and replace them with a cosmetic face and back slot. Then I can wear cool sunglasses with my helm!
I know it’s not on MW guides as a top trinket, but I’ve been enjoying Gruesome Syringe as a healing trinket.
I’ve had it do 7-10% of my total healing fairly often, and when the healing isn’t needed I get a fat 4500 int buff.

Trinkets and weapon use effects are the only things that keep me playing this game over final fantasy. This just seems like a bad idea.
The Vault has been borderline pointless this season. Trinkets every week, sometimes the entire vault, and multiple times trinkets that I already have (maybe I shouldn’t count that one against them?). Finally got a weapon this week and it was a two-handed weapon…I’m a holy paladin.
Blizzard’s rng is total crap.
Same as tanks usually switched to DPS loot spec in DF because DPS had the better trinkets (Manic Grieftorch etc),

Working as intended. Healer trinkets and tank trinkets being weak are a nerf to healers and tanks.
Yeah, we’re still running gimped DPS trinkets cause the tank stuff is just worse.
Blizz be like we are nerfing dps trinks for tanks and heals massively so tank and heals trinks are good.

My first mythic vault this week and received three crappy healing trinket choices. I ended up getting a socket.

I’d rather we be allowed to blacklist items that have already shown up in our vaults. I have one piece of mythic tier, and I’ve seen it twice. At least my trinkets are nice though.

If you’re forced to take a socket all the items that pop up should get blacklisted from future vaults IMO. that seems entirely fair, especially since sockets aren’t that good this season.
