I got the quest item on my character earlier today been standing here for over an hour waiting for him to spawn again so my wife could get it so we could farm the mats together anyone know how often he spawns?
Also why are we still doing these long spawn timers in 2024 I thought they were all about respecting our time now?
His spawn timer is reportedly around 7 hours.
Well that doesn’t seem to be it either
So this mount is supposed to be done over the course of the expac, not grinded out in one sitting. Buuut there are those of us (myself included) that will grind it out anyway. I get it’s a rare so it needs to feel rare but still annoying having to wait for it.
I’ve heard rumors that it respawns around server reset. So maybe check it out. Couldn’t actually hurt except you would have to be available at that time.
Don’t wait for it, just check group finder now and then you’ll get it. Also don’t do it on a sub 78
I have been waiting for 5 and a half hours lol
The “grind” is very short and simple. Took no time to complete all 3 quests.
Spawned at 10:26 pm today. Try again tomorrow between 9 to 10 am
It has been 7 hours now. I think I’m going insane
7.5 hours and now another 7 to get the mount. YAY!!!
It’s madness. I showed up to the camp the other day and a little research told me that it has quite the extensive respawn time. The dog had to go out and I figured that surely this thing couldn’t possibly spawn in the few minutes I was AFK. So I took the dog out and came back in less than five minutes to find everyone gone and the mob’s corpse silently mocking me 
Does anyone know if the spawn timer accounts for the minute or so it takes to kill Tka’ktath? Or would it spawn on the hour in the time it takes to respawn?
