Title resetting after logging out

As subject suggests, my ‘the Shrouded’ title will reset to no title when I log out and back into the game.

I’m having the same issue… I’ve tried clearing the cache and fixes nothing.

I’m using the “Brewmaster” title

Same here. I tried doing the same thing with all my addons disabled. Using “Esteemed” myself. Weird since it only started happening yesterday.

Edit: When I used /reloadui without addons, it did not reset my title, but strangely enough, my title was reset when I reenabled all my addons via the in-game menu. The addons I reenabled were:
AllTheThings
Altoholic
Astral Keys
Bagnon
DBM (with plugins for every expansion)
Details
Handynotes
Raider. IO
Rarity
Titan Panel
Total RP 3
TradeSkillMaster
World Quest Tracker
Z-Perl

Also having this issue. Titles on other toons do not reset but does reset on my main after logging out. Tried disabling addons/fresh files and the problem still persists.

Also experiencing title resets when logging in. It’s happened for me on multiple characters, regardless of level/title/etc.
I usually have my addons off at the very beginning of expansions/patches, but the ones I do have are the following addons:

  • Total RP 3
  • World Quest Tracker
  • Deadly Boss Mods (with plugins for every expansion)
  • Rarity
  • RareScanner
  • TomTom
  • Narcissus

Happening to me too. I have WQT, DBM, Rarity and TomTom enabled from your list.

Same here. I think the common thread is the World Quest Tracker addon.

It’s not just logging out. I’m getting it on entering instances as well.

The community has no idea if Blizzard is even aware of the problem, as there’s been zero communication on it. The “known issues” list hasn’t been updated since 12/2. There have been a couple hotfixes since reports regarding this bug started rolling in, but it hasn’t been listed in any update yet.

Might I suggest prioritizing bugs that impact 99% of players. I.E., this one.

My title keeps being reset as well. It’s not just logging in and out it’s also zoning in and out of things (like dungeons).

My applied titles constantly reset as well as my chat settings. Cant create new tabs or change what channels the existing tabs show without it being reset later

My titles get reset and I don’t have this addon installed and never have.

I’m also getting the crafting gear hide toggle reset on every log out.
