Are we ever going to see the return of at least 1 of the titans?
We saw all of them in Legion.

We did in Legion, saw the entire Pantheon there and fought a couple of them. They’re keeping Sargeras chained down at the Seat of the Pantheon.
But the Pantheon aren’t fully revived. They’re just weak spirits of their former selves.

Azeroth is a Titan and She will soon wake up and when She does We most likely have a Titan themed expansion.
No. Because what do we need with gods from beyond the stars, when we’re virtually gods ourselves?
Pretty much every single boss is a titan, all I ever see is their feet

Because we need the entire Pantheon to defeat Sylvanas and Nathanos.
Chances are Sargeras is going to come back eventually so I don’t think it’s off the table that the Pantheon will be more active at some point. But right now I doubt we’ll see them any time soon.

We literally defeated two Titans in their actual bodies last expansion. The Titans aren’t really impressive at this point.
Honestly, the game’s story is basically the same as Diablo’s story.
[Good Guys] represent order and creation, [Bad Guys] represent entropy and destruction. Neither can win. Oh look, something happened and now there are creatures with a bit of both sides in them. What’s that? The new blendy-creatures are stronger than their creators!
It’s not exactly The Hero’s Journey, but it’s pretty formulaic. Just replace [Good Guys] with Titans/High Heavens and [Bad Guys] with Voidlords/Burning Hells.

I’d love to see Eonar make a return and work alongside Freya, helping Azeroth to recover from the various wars. Likely it would just be Freya, though Eonar is so beautiful. Wish we’d see more of her.

Yes. Shadowlands is retconning Chronicles to be a titan perspective of the universe, and they even name dropped “Titan homeworld” in an interview.
Which likely means Titans are hiding their true origins from the archives of history. And I wouldn’t be surprised if they aren’t the noble force of good they claim to be.
Plus Sargeras is crucial to the whole plot line of The Void. It’s why he started cleaving planets, to destroy life before life could be corrupted.

Anything claiming to be all-good is usually closer to evil than good. Yrel going full Necromonger (Chronicles of Riddick) on post-WoD Draenor is a good example.
That would be nice. I liked when the Titans were just uncaring powerhouses that forced worlds into their vision of what the plants should be like. They dont care about mortals and have wiped away entire worlds(Algalon says something like that in Wrath). Them going back to being total jerks would be swell.
I mean, Sargeras took an active role in trying to destroy Azeroth. Heck, his sword is still sticking out of Silithus. 
Imagine being a Gnome or Vulpera!
