Titanium has of course become the new black since the drop of epic gems. I was prepared, had 10k ore stashed, did well with prospecting. I have spent the majority of my weekend mining trying to get a little more built up for down the road. I have mined almost 1300 saronite ore and along with that less than 100 titanium ore. What I’m seeing is that for roughly every 15 stacks of saronite I’m getting one stack of titanium ore. That is a 150/1 spawn rate.
Been talking to all the other miners who were out there before mining became the FOTM trade skill and they are reporting similar results. Saronite has basically become worthless on Mankrik. It AH’s for about 11g a stack now. This is way down from the 17g average per stack it was at pre epic gems. You can’t not dig up the saronite if you have any hopes of titanium spawning. We all know this.
I would like to ask for a 10% increase in node spawns for Titanium. Currently digging up 1300+ saronite to get a around 80 titanium is harsh. I know those numbers will increase down the road when the FOTM crew drops off but unless the spawns get increased the time to profit ratio for mining has gotten to the point where its not worth mining.
Please consider increasing the titanium node spawns to make mining fun/better again!
You do realize there are a million bots you are competing with now right? Not to mention the real players farming titanium.
The drop rate hasnt gotten worse. The competition has increased drastically.
