Again I’m posting this. Titan matrix don’t spawn for my main but they spawn for my alts. What gives.

Do you mean the quest or the item after the quest?
We’re given a quest every other week for one.
Alts are usually behind. They give you a catch up by allowing you to do all of the previous quests.
So your alts are doing the previous ones and your main is caught up.
Ignore me. I got them mixed up with Sparks like a dummy. 
I’m making the alternate assumption that you mean the crafting add-ons that increase blue item ilvls, in relation to world quests.
It depends on the ilvl of the character. When my 290 DK looks at World quests I see Titan matrix II’s all over the place, but my main is 395~ and I don’t see any.
Same here! Why would we not want some lower matrix to make alt gear with? >:O
Given a quest Titan Matrix’s? Where?? I have never seen one. I have seen quests for Sparks of Ingenuity, but no Titan Training Matrix’s.
You get them by doing mythic 0s.

pretty sure anything crafted with them becomes soulbound, unless you use crafting orders with them, which then becomes soulbound…I think
