The ilvl will still be relevant while questing but you’re right, it’s not that big of a deal

The vendor is absent on my server - raging - several weeks of stored titan residuum - in expectation of getting once last bit of gear before the expansion launches. Why do Blizzard keep doing this, I would understand next week, but not this week.
I also logged in to buy a piece of gear and found the vendor missing. Blizzard, can you please address this? Thank you

Put in a ticket friend, I did under “loot” and they refunded me my currency in about 6 hours.
Any word if the item will be the appropriate level when this is fixed?
