Titan Residuum Armor

So how come Benthic pieces are account bound but titan residuum pieces aren’t? I have thousands of titan residuum on my main and the azerite armor i can buy is worthless for me. I’d like to give the residuum pieces to my alt to gear it but i guess im SoL?

Good thing the expansion ends soon. Just level all your chars to 120, run timewalking and get to 420 or so. Ignore the cloak and anything related to bfa. Outside of that, I feel you would waste your time. It will all poof in about 2 months .

If there’s not already, maybe they could add boa armor tokens for different classes like we had for legion legendaries. Otherwise they’ll probably just trade everyone’s TR for silver at prepatch like they did earlier in the expansion…

The initial cloak quest just for the ilevel 470 cloak might be worth doing. Also the send the fleet quest before that I think kicks your heart of azeroth to level 50 for a quick decent ilevel boost. Like my alt blasted to level 120, then had their hoa go from level 13 to 50 (+74 ilevels I think). Edit: but new expansion gear levels will blow the old expansion’s away pretty fast. I just don’t know if our legendary quality things might be decent a few levels into SL at least.

except im bored and dont want to wait two months to play my hunter

Because benthic is catch up gear, residium gear isn’t. Residium is the solution to azerite gear in the weekly m+ chest. So yes, it’s character specific.

Catch up to what? normal Nya is 445 and Mythic zeros drop 430. Benthic is worthless unless ur wearing 279 gear.

Benthic was catch up gear from last patch. There are BoA armor tokens that drop from the assaults too if I’m not mistaken.

Yeah they are converted into 410 ilv pieces

I too wish it was account bound. It’s so pointless to look at all that residuum on my main, only to not be able to use it.

For my alts I usually equip the 410 ilvl BoA that rares from the 8.3 patch drop… and then I take it from there.
