Is there a way to move the new UI elements? If not, i'm not sure how bottom and top bars are going to work.

Just adding my thanks! I never realised how much I referred to the titan panel until it was missing. Thank you so much for making such a useful addon.
Yeah Titan Panel was my very first addon ever in 08. That quick glance up to see all the things ... omg i miss it SOOOO much

I figured it wouldn't be a quick update to the version when I saw error messages. I hope it isn't too much trouble. Thanks for keeping on this!
When I first logged in and saw Titan Panel's initial error, I commented out the "Move WorldStateAlwaysUpFrame" section in TitanMovable.lua and figured I could live with the rest of it. But unfortunately, the bottom bar is causing visual issues with the action bar and rep/exp bar jerking around so much, I had to disable the addon, I couldn't play with it.
I posted this in another thread - even with the bottom bar disabled, the exp and reputation bars are somehow in "auto-hide" mode, and clicking on little arrows to scroll through the action bars is making the bars do this weird jerky movement that's giving me motion sickness. The action bars would also jerk a couple of pixels up and down when doing things like completing an order hall mission.
So yeah...if someone can figure out how to fit the Titan bars into the new UI framework and fix those glitches, that would be awesome.

TitanPanel was one of my first AddOns when I got serious about the game in 2006. Without it, it feels like a totally different game.
I installed an alternative and it got me through a round of questing, but I'll be honest it felt like I was cheating on TitanPanel.
